Anyway, if you can change the oil yourself and filter, do it. Use a genuine suzuki filter and some good oil (HG are doing some great semi-synth oil at the moment for not alot of money according to many on here!). Whilst it may be tempting to let the bike run for another few weeks, it certainly isnt the best if ideas. I didnt realise how much crap comes out with the first lot of oil until seeing the pictures on here!
Do it as soon as you can. In the mean time, maybe not use the bike so much if its gonna be a long wait, if your not so confident at changing the oil.
Is there another place you can take the bike too?
