Not bad Badger, I've just polished off a bacon and fried egg butty on toasted brown bread, brown sauce and a huge mug of Lavazza coffee.
Bacon from a farm local to where we stayed last week in Shropshire, eggs collected by my kids from the farm we stayed on, bread from the local bakers. Brown sauce courtesy of HP!
Kids now hyper on cheap chocolate!
