Don't know what you mean about the tail?
all up the left hand side of the tail pod on the 675 and round the wheel, bloody shop used some kind of non-dry lube and it flicks everywhere, ****ing awful stuff similar to scotoiler gunk

i still don't buy the scotoiler idea, i had one on the SV and it was nice not having to worry about lubing but made a helluva mess even after i turned the flow right down, lubing every 300 miles is once a day on a weekend away, 30 seconds to lean the bike with a mate and spray the chain, worth the lack of crap going everywhere

and yes, i'm a tart, i spent 3hrs yesterday washing/polishing and waxing the bike to protect the paint through the summer, i don't have to ride it every day in all manner of crap so i'd rather keep it looking smart
