North Korea accused South of doing exactly the same thing (moving a set of border polls) about 8 hours ago.
North has basically said "put it back where you found it, or we'll shove it up your..."
EDIT: Oh yea, and the South are considering joining a US Security initiative to prevent the shipment of WMD by sea. The North has said "Join the US, and we'll kill you all."
Nice folks in the North of Korea aren't they?
