well went back there today and he passed it after i had put the other footpeg on. like someone mentioned i had 1 footpeg on the bike used to hang the exhaust. because of that i should of had 2 passenger footpegs or 1 footpeg and a grabrail. he even said that when i rang to check if i could drop by for the retest. i had to go back there with the new tyre fitted anyway so not really a big deal, would of ****ed me off if the tyres were ok though. he also failed it on the rear reflector on the original test but didn't even mention that when i dropped by so he let that one slide. just glad there was nothing bad wrong with it that would of battered my already battered wallet.
