YC thanks for the extended jesture of help, I'm going wait before I bite the bullet and break it up. Although, this does seem the easier option for me, as I'm not very good with motorbike mechanics anyway, and I would also need to strip the bike down to the following requirements:-

"To undergo frame straightening the motorcycle has to be stripped down. We require the motorcycle is a certain state, which is all the farings stripped off, all plastics around the chassis area, the fuel tank and the whole exhaust system has to be taken off. All that is left is a rolling chassis, with the engine left in".

Then parting with...£150 and transportation expenses to and from the location.
