Mmm I'd LOVE to see them try to get that to stick.
If it was say, 6 months or something then I'd say stick to your guns and fight it, sure complain about the servicing and the things but as for the head bearings after 2 years it's "only" £100 (he says only
) and it's not worth the stress and hassle
