Knowing the approach surgeons take, I'd be surprised if they were nervous TBH.
They're trained to perform operations where a person's life hangs in the balance. If they aren't sure what they're doing, they don't do it period. It's not worth the risk.
Having cameras there will probably be more of an annoyance as they'll be getting in the way!!
