Sorry for the lack of replying, I've been busy in the garage all day. Got some sheet steel, cut a few stencils and played around with shapes and sizes.
I don't have pictures of what I've done so far but i will take some tomorrow and post them up if anyone is interested.
Its looking quite good, will probably use black Hammerite for the finish, so it will be nice and strong
