Hi all
Almost done my first carb strip and rejet, they're now back in the bike awaiting the airbox to go on top.
Problem is when I undid the throttle cables to get them off the carb rail I ended up moving the adjusters and locknuts on the one side and the captive nut on the other side - with hindsight I shouldn't have moved the captive nuts at all...
So now putting them back in everything's in a completely different place and I'll need to do a completely new adjustment to get them sorted properly

At the moment the throttle turns the cam but it doesn't snap back closed, it returns slowly back to the stop.
Is there a certain distance the captive nut needs to be threaded on by? Or would it be a case of pulling the throttle cables tight as poss from the cam, then threading the captive nut into position and sorting the adjustment from there?
Cheers loads everyone
