Got a warning of prosecution letter the other day. I am guilty of doing 38 in a 30.
It's my own stupid fault.
Anyway, as i'm aware i think i get three points and a sixty pound fine. Yes?
However i have had my license less than two years and am only allowed six points i believe. Is it the case that if i get six points my license is revoked or is it over six points. I.e. three sets of three points.
Hope my query makes sense???
