The throttle bodies were replaced around 15,00miles because the bike was surging and generally running like a burst @rse. This seemed to fix the problem and everything was fine until about six weeks ago when the problem has been progressively creeping back. There's a flat spot between 3-4K and the bike is reluctant to fire up from cold. When it eventually does it idles around 800rpm and needs a lot of throttle to stop it from cutting out again when pulling away. I asked the garage to see if they could sort it and they seemed happy that it was fixed.
I'm getting pretty nervous when riding now and always covering the clutch just in case it decides to conk out at a junction and chuck me in front of a truck. The problem doesn't seem *so* bad after half an hour on the motorway but it's unnerving to feel it stutter going through corners and I'm rapidly losing confidence.
Any ideas peeps? I really can't afford ANOTHER set of throttle bodies!

Adjust the idle speed? - should be around 1k to 1.2k I think - I usually adjust mine as low as it goes and I seem to remember 1.1k (havent run the bike for over a year so iffy memory)
Adjuster needs a Philips screwdriver - the adjuster screw is on the left side, just under the tank in one of the "V"s of the frame, usually has a white plastic mount.
