Sorry, I misread. It was the above two statements that confused me a little.
Its possible that you have some wear in the emulsion tubes/jets causing this. Sometimes a full clean can actually expose carb problems rather then cure them. Or possibly when you have re-assembled the carbs they are now different than before in some way.
