right im stuck now!!!

Got hoses off, but cant get the tank off, cant figure out this bit:

'Unscrew the nut and withdraw the pivot bolt securing the rear of the tank to the bracket on the frame, then remove the prop and lift the tank away. Note the spacer for the bolt in the bracket.'

At the rear of tank, theres a bracket with 4 nuts on it, that you cant really get to...what the trick???

Oh, and there some petrol dripping out the fuel pipe when i move it about..., how should i stop this?
