I'll bear that in mind in future!! But job done anyway by just cutting the wires and fitting connectors!!!

I was reading before your comment on other threads, that can use a pair of tweezers to get it out.. but that wasn't given me any joy... far too big to get anywhere near the tang - or whatever its called... for anyone else whose trying!!
