Personally i feel its the beaurocracy / targets / courts that cause most of the problems for the police. But thats another discussion entirely.

When you stray over the posted limit as we all do from time to time,do you go round the nearest nick and dob yourself in so you can "man up" and take the punishment?After all you would have been speeding and surely deserve it?
I recently went through some roadworks with a temporary speed limit at a rock steady 50 only to realise that the limit was 40.Im now consumed with guilt and wonder if I should fess up at the local nick.Will they take bloody notice?
