Like Bri said, you are supposed to accelerate out... well thats the general guidence given by most people, but if closing the throttle worked then fair play.

I can tell you that the SV felt a lot less stable than my falco does, a lot twitchier. Maybe something to do with less weight on the front and more on the back?
