1 up on the rear wont make that much difference mabee 1/4 rev?

doubt the lambda would make that much difference as mine was bust for a wee while and i never noticed much of a difference. thing is peterco (about 16 stone) gets the same mileage as me. but gordonM (about 16 stone) does not and they are identical k8 bikes.
