I have had a message from Facebook saying my old account will be perminantly deleted within 14 days.

But, this other person must have copied my picture and created a whole new account with their own email etc and just used my name and pic so I have no way of tracking who they are contacting.

I already have the privacy setting as best as possible, I did that when creating the new account as I didn't want this trouble again. But you can still see a pic when you search for someone so what's to stop this person taking my new pic? I don't know who it is so can not bare them.

I shall have a look through facebook tonight and see if there is anything I can do or indeed check my security levels.
