I did mine with one of these and I am a weedy girl! The chain is still on so I am guessing it worked fine. Oh and I took it off with a hacksaw

That is actually a copy of the genuine DID rivetter, (only it's less that half the price). I have seen these & they look pretty good.
Like the DID one, they're probably not very good for pushing the chain pin out, as the 'pushing' pin is un-supported, & pretty easy to snap.
The 'grind & percussion' technique is still to be preferred if you have one of these.

I don't envy you hacksawing through a chain! Not only will you now have one arm bigger than the other, the money spent on hacksaw blades could have bought you a decent small angle grinder.
