Not sure about a pointy pete but a pointy SV is the later more errrrmmm pointy model, as opposed to the earlier more errrrmmm curvy model, i believe the pointy is from 03 onwards or some such.
Personally i'd love a curvy model
but i prefer the pointy SV.
