Thanks for helping me realise i'm looking older, i was a bit horrified how old i look, especially when just before i looked at them, the wife had been showing our wedding photos from '99 to our friends who came round last night.
I'm absolutely gutted as well, first lunge and im hiding behind Daryl not ready and not in full lunge
While the wife does her pilates exercises i need to do some lunge work for next time
