Not being as comfy as a goldwing is as much of a failing for
any sportsbike as not being capable off road, and moaning about it is as daft as complaining that your harley doesn't keep up with the sportbikes on the track
If you want a razor sharp track weapon you buy a sportsbike, man up and deal with the limitations, if you're a bit portly and need a comfy seat for your piles you buy something like a Kawasaki Z750...
