Unit's in a drink is easy to work out.
% strength x volume (litres).
e.g Pint of Tennants Ice Cold. 4.2%(I think) and .568 litres.
So just Around 2-2.5 units in a pint of ice cold.
As for how much I drink, couldn't tell you.
Pub most nights, anywhere from 2-8 pints per night.
Weekends I couldn't even try to estimate, guess between me and my flatmate trying to count, around 30 units per night, maybe more. Yes I drink too much.
