Both my labs still have thier knackers and i see no need for them to get the chop, yes they have lots of energy but long walks most days sorts that out. These are working dogs and as such require lots of exercise or soon turn into fat unhealthy animals.
As for judging a lab by the colour of its coat !! what a load of B~~~~~~s,
i have had all three now and each has had its own persanality, although my brown one molts more than my black one, and my black one swims better than the brown.
Labs and kids were made for each other
