i have a habit of breaking phones so i got my new one insured
on monday i used my phone (all touch screen jobby) with glue on my thumb and had to take it off with a chisel which resulted in some hairline scratches, then i got loads of saw dust under the screen
and after dropping it its been playing up and yesterday i had enough and decided to claim on my insurance.
called through at about 6:45pm last night to arrange a new one to be sent out, they said i would receive my new one between 9am and 1pm, corrier knocked the door at 9:30am
sod the royal mail these guys are better (i didn't catch the name)
