I picked my bike up with no tax.
The insurance company emailed me the certificate (as already mentioned).
The bike had an MOT and I had the keepers slip from the V5.
Thats all you will need.
I found out via the .Org that I could tax via the new keepers slip as I didnt realise I could do it that way.
Dead simple.
