Bought a tv off them (showing in stock) about 3 weeks ago, I've rung them up to chase it up a few times now and they just say it's temporarily out of stock and they can't tell me when it will be in stock. They refuse to pass me onto a manager and won't give me contact details for anyone else in the company. They deny anyone at play.com can help me chase it up
I've just been on the phone to them they insisted I rang the manufacturer to chase it up, I told them how backward this suggestion was but ,still, they gave me the number. I just rang the manufacturer the manufacturer confirmed my thoughts, so just tried to ring play back and the number goes dead
Surely there's a way to get a number for someone in the uk?
Google has no answers neither does their site
