Well in their infinite wisdom they used the Coroners Act to justify that the Hutton whitewash, sorry it was called an "inquiry" wasn't it
was also sufficient to serve as the coroners inquest too. they saw they medical reports and decided they needed to hide that stuff for 70yrs lest they show their own dirty hand being involved.
