Webby...best advice really, especially as you keep crashing, is to keep an eye out on here/ebay and build up a stock of spare parts.
Seeing as you seem to be crashing into things alot, I would recommend a spare front wheel and some forks/yokes etc to get you started. As luck would have it, there are some for sale here....
