I wouldn't advocate anyone withholding their Council Tax on the basis of this one case. This case does not set legal precident.
There are thousands of liability orders issued up and down the land each year and people have gone to jail for none payment.
On the other hand, if someone on here wanted to try it I'm sure we'd all offer moral support
