When I first got my license, the norm seemed to be tool around on a 125 in various stages of tune for a year or so (enough to get the commuting survival skills honed in), then the test.

Since then everything seems to have got more complicated and way more pricey.

If I was going to bitch about anything it would be limitting peds to 30mph - at least give them 45.
