You dont ride around in neutral surely?. Holding it at a set RPM in neutral isnt easy on any bike due to the way the ECU is setup.

If you riding around at 3k then drop it down a gear and use more of the revs Suzuki gave you. Throttle bodies at 3k will be wondering whether you want them open or not, your riding on the edge of them starting to open and work properly hence the jerky ride.

Its the same if you have a vtec car, just rest your foot on the accelerator slightly at low rpm and it will surge. Its the same thing.

Try riding around at a higher rpm with the throttle open.
