If they catch you Yes! Its criminal damage..
And ive done that before suzibabe - ****es them right off when your tootling along at 20-30mph and they cant get round you..
So much more fun seeing them getting frustrated and not being able to do sod all about it...
and safer for you then trying to start punching cars/mirrors etc
