Fluid appears to be back up to the level it was in the beginning. I did not need to remove the master cap, but thanks for letting me know to keep an eye on things. Better to be safe than sorry.

Now I have to figure out why the clutch is dragging.
start with the adjusters at the handle bar and the gearbox,

Then replace the cable as it may be worn, if no luck after that its a case of opening up the clutch and looking
