I would recommend not covering up an already wet bike, reason being; I had a YBR125, covered it up when it was wet and it sat under that cover for a few days, when I came back to it the exhaust can had turned a rather ugly brown colour. Seemed the wetness and then the sun on the bike the next day didn't really do it any favours. I guess it creates quite alot of humidity under the cover.. for that reason if the bikes already wet i'll leave it to dry out the next day.
