erm first post so hello everyone!
Just got a 2001 SV650s.... also just had the darn oil filler cap come off during a ride and coat my leg and boot it oil!
not happy.
Problem wiith filler cap solved, but any ideas how I get vast quantities of oil out of my boot?
The oil went all over my leg, and ran down into my boot...which has just soaked it up like a spounge.
Tried everything I can think of (leather cleaner, clothes washing liguid soad for the inside etc,) but it still feels like a chip pan fryer.
