@tom-k6: as far as i know, it will fit a pointy model, but they differ in length. this one is 337mm long and the pointy one is 330mm long. the "old" absorber" has the advantage of having a remote adjuster, so you can position it everywhere!

@husky03: not enough, but a start is a start!

asking the new price for this is a big no no! even if the rear shock is unused and complete, it doesn't have warranty anymore. however, if i see the prices of used ones on ebay, i think that something around 600 pounds should do. like i said, just bid something and i'll agree or not
