Yep, that's how much I just had to pay the vet to run a series of tests, x-rays, scans and biopsies on my cat who keeps being sick. If the pet insurance doesn't pay out then I think my return biking trip to Thailand next year may have to be binned as that's my holiday fund spent.
And I now have a comedy bald cat where they have shaved off all the fur on his front legs and belly.
