Hi hhh1234 when you have a chance try removing the side panel below the seat and the right hand tailpiece (easiest to take the lot off really) a lot of the wiring with connectors runs through here, one by one disconnect and clean with electrical cleaner or WD40 each connector and reconnect. I had a new reg/rectifier on my '99 curvy a few years ago when it woudn't charge the battery properly with no great improvement having heard all the stories about old/new Suzuki electrics. After cleaning them all and checking the voltage it was fixed!
