I went down the slope last year...jarred my back, won't be doing it again lol... the kids had the air ambulance out in January of this year as the ambulances could not get down into the quarry.
Here is the slope, you can just about make people out in the picture...
It does not look so bad above... but as a reference, the ariel of the house is the one in the photo below... The slope is maybe 20 storeys high... and is also the way out of the quarry.
and yes it's still snowing bloody heavy as can be seen in the pics.
