I am very much looking forward to Sunday 9th January. It will be the first Tottenham game that I take my sons to, but hopefully not the last.
They are super-excited, especially now that there's a chance of Beckham being signed on the day and possibly at the ground too. I have read the Charlton have taken up their full allocation and so the match is a sell-out too.
I fully intend to go through all the pre-match rituals, the singing on the train (my brother in law, niece and several friends and their kids are coming along too), the pre-match Kebab, the fleecing over a programme!
The one thing missing will be the pre-match pint, too many kids with us to really go into a crowded pub, and I'm trying to give up the smokes - a cigar goes so well with a pint!
