I had that experience yesterday, but my superior bike handling skills
saved the day and the bike stayed upright. Just as well as I was in a fairly remote lane with nobody else around, there was a deep ditch full of icy water, and I didn't have my mobile with me. Horrible feeling when the bike suddenly starts sliding around. Glad you're OK.
