I was just on a rant. Filled up, at a superstore, for a huge price per litre.
I remember going jetskiiing. Jerry can would take £20. Jetski would take £20. That was a days jetskiing there.
From what I hear, it costs over £100 for the same day out these days. But this was when petrol was 48.9pl though.
Just can't believe in such a short space of time, that the cost has gone up so much, on the same bike.
Prices will go up sure, but the reason prices went up were due to barrel costs. Barrels cost less now, but we're paying a huge amount more (VAT won't do that much).
Shafted as they know they can do it, and we need it so will continue paying for it.
I just wonder how so many people can fill up their car so many times at these kind of prices? Once per week say, £70 fillup, thats £280 just in fuel alone per month. Mental. Makes my plan of getting a small car, more of a dream than a real plan
