Youtube wont let me watch any videos unless I link my youtube account to my google account. I don't even have a google account!
The only way around it is to sign out

So basically I'm being forced to make a google account. Not sure why I would need a google account. I google something then click it. What else would I want to do? I don't want their email, browser or toolbar.
