It doesn't sound like RR. They make the battery go weak.

No life at all suggests poor connection somewhere. Check bits sid squid recommends, also earths, also in loom within 6" of fusebox there is a crimp connector on permanent live connecting regulator and ignition switch to the main fuse (hence battery) these are just wrapped in tape and can rot.


Annoyingly, you'll have to make it fault and then chase the fault out from the battery. Get the tank off and plastics off, switch it on and then start pulling and prodding the loom until it dies.
