Well, had a look and I cant see anything wrong.

Hole beside filler looks clear, although I cant see all the way down. Lifted tank, both pipes looks secure, free and in good nick.

Oh well...maybe I am just being over paranoid. Just strange how it smells more AFTER a ride as opposed to first thing when I take the cover off.
