I made my own.
The hole centre dimension was 95mm which jacked the back end up 47mm.
On a curvy the shorter the bones the higher the back end.
I think it's the opposite on a pointy but I'm not 100%.
I think the standard curvy bones are 108mm hole centre to hole centre.
Hope this helps, you didn't say if you have a superior curvy or a pointy??
