Think it's just a case of the more stuff you buy, and the more specialist that stuff is, the more likely you are to have an issue. I'd got into a bit of a habit of buying stuff there, because work is so busy I can't get out to the shops, and it's PayPal so I don't even have to put in a credit card number. Just 'buy it now, 'commit to buy', 'pay by pal', job done in three clicks and wait for the postman. I'm learning that it's only the buying process that's easy though, and it's only easy right the way through maybe 80% of the time, whereas buying from the shops it's easy 99% of the time.
