As above really. I've started to notice a snicking (best word i can come up with) noise coming from down by the oil filter / starter motor area. Sounds like a little bit of plastic constantly being flicked by some moving component... It's constantly there now from start regardless of gear, clutch engagement, movement or otherwise and goes with engine revs. It's not alarmingly loud but dammit, it wasn't there a week ago

Something to do with the starter motor disengagement bits? My first thought anyway... but then, I do know squat.
